License and Accreditation

PPL is subject to Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA-88) certification and maintains a current CLIA license. PPL’s CLIA ID # is 45D0883904.

PPL also maintains accreditation through the College of American Pathologists.

PPL has never experienced a final denial revocation, limitation, suspension, probation, or voluntary relinquishing of a license, certification, or accreditation.
